Kindle.Amazon.com: Tony gave me a Kindle for Christmas! So far I love it! Finished one book and started two others :) One fiction (Stephanie Plum series) and one non-fiction (Total Money Makeover). If you know of any good sites to get cheap e-books or any tips/tricks, let me know please!
E-Mealz: We are trying out this site for three months to see if it helps us with our meal planning. It gives you a few different plans to choose from, 5-7 meals/week, plus a grocery list! Try out a sample here by clicking the ad banner below and if you sign up, please put me down as a referral!
Mint.com: The best free way to manage your money. I have a love/hate relationship with this site right now. Tony and I pooled our finances together officially back in June. However, we have not had a "normal" spending month yet because a bunch of our money was going towards wedding costs before. It will be interesting to see how September turns out with our spending habits. You can check out all the cool features here.
DaveRamsey.com: Solutions for Life and Money. We joined a Financial Peace University class at a church in our neighborhood. We first heard about this class in our marriage prep course at Hosanna but they do not offer it again until January. Tony and I felt the need to get started now! We are only one week in but I can already tell this is going to be a huge fight-preventer for our marriage and will help us get a handle on our finances (which we really messed up in college). Learn more about Dave and what he teaches here.
