Back It Up, Back It Up...
Heyo! So I am backdating all the posts I missed over the last two weeks (see this note). In order to not miss them, go back to around July 30th and read forward (in time) from there! Hopefully that makes sense :) Sorry to mess with the program here!

Stinky! Onion/Hockey Puck Baby
How far along? 17 weeks
Size of baby: Food scale = Onion, Man scale = Hockey Puck!
Total weight gain/loss: Seven pounds
Maternity clothes? Picked up a shirt and dress for work. Debating about a maternity swimsuit for our camping trip. When we get back from vacay, I NEED to go to the maternity consignment shop and get some clothes! Nothing really fits anymore, and if it does, it doesn’t look very good.
Stretch marks? Nope!
Sleep: I really need to get one of those maternity pillow thingers, like this. Other than shifting positions all night, I’ve been sleeping pretty good!
Best moment this week: Umm, it was crazy busy. Twins game, Birthday dinner, checking out the townhouse again, hanging with Abby, and shopping for food for the trip. So best moment? Probably all the time I got to spend with the people I love!
Movement: Still nothing…
Food cravings: Turkey sandwiches. Plain. Just lots of turkey, bread, and a little black pepper.
Gender: Still need to make that appointment! Hard to remember to do these things during the 9-5 hours when you are transitioning to a new property at work.
Belly Button in or out? In like Flynn. (Where did this saying even come from?!)
What I miss: Breathing through my nose. I am sooo stuffed up this week! But it’s a normal symptom according to the books.
What I am looking forward to: VACATION!
Weekly Wisdom: Keep up with your blog if you want people to read it ;)
Milestones: Bending down to pick stuff up off the ground is already starting to get awkward…

Two Weeks?! Oops...
It's been two weeks since my last post! So sorry blog readers :(
I recently earned a promotion which also meant changing offices. I am back and forth between both right now until we can train someone in at my old office. So... this means working about 10 hours of overtime a week, plus working up to nine days straight... and trying to get everything ready for our five day trip to the boundary waters! Needless to say, it has been a little stressful.
I plan on catching up on some blogging this weekend (after I get off work of course). Hopefully I can make it happen!

Love Like Crazy: We Heart Pizza & Beer!
For our rehearsal dinner, we decided to head to our favorite pizza joint in Walker: Benson's! We ordered a few huge pizzas, lots of beer, a few sodas, and a kid meal or two. It was a lot of fun to see our whole bridal party together and to relax after the practice run.
Some of our parents chatting it up.
Ash & Mom cuddle time. Steph and Ash try to be cool while enjoying their water.
Mom and Kelley looking beautiful!
Nic, Ash, and Mom being goofy.
Tera and Josh photo shoot!
Planning a wedding is hard work! (Can you tell from the pic?!) But luckily everything came together beautifully - it was even better than I could have hoped for!!!
Love Like Crazy Recap:
* I teased you with a few of my favorite pics!
* We spent a day or two decorating the hall.
* The bridal party practiced their steps.

Woessners, Heaslips, & Steins, Oh My!
For the last weekend of July, we invited Mike and Tanya to join us at the cabin with Mom and Gerry. The main event was our 18-hole golf outing to Tianna. It is a gorgeous course but it was HOT out that day! We also enjoyed some swimming, boating, bonfires, games, and the rest of the usual cabin stuff.
Jax loves riding in the car, he usually sleeps the entire way to the cabin and as the back seat all to himself. I wonder how he's gonna feel about a noisy baby taking up half the space next year?!
As we started the drive, I glanced back and saw him putting on his "cute face" aka the begging face. What was he looking at? See below!
Tony's giant roast beef sandwich!
He was trying so hard to be inconspicuous. "No Mom, I'm not beggin, I'm just resting my head here on the seat... in this awkward angle. I'm totally comfy."
Mike and Tanya ready to golf!
Tony looking like a golfing stud ;)
The Preggo Golfing Steins (15 weeks)
Pretty Mama!
The boys getting ready to tee off.
Cute pic of The Heaslips golfing!
Getting into my groove.
Mom was a great sport! She hadn't golfed in probably ten years but she surprised us all with her mad skills!
We were STARVING after 18 holes so we headed over to Lucky Moose and had about a million appetizers. Delicious!

Baby Bump Sighting!
How far along? 16 weeks
Size of baby: Food scale = Avacado, Man scale = Small Stud Finder
Total weight gain/loss: Six pounds
Maternity clothes? Umm… yeah… I need some.
Stretch marks? Nope!
Sleep: No longer allowed to sleep on my back. So I pretty much flop back and forth from side to side all night since sleeping on my stomach isn’t an option either. I have started using a giant pillow for support between my legs and that seems to be helping quite a bit!
Best moment this week: Our midwife appointment on Wednesday. Linda, the midwife, let us listen to the baby’s heartbeat. She said it sounded perfect! Linda also said I was measuring just the right size! I was beaming from ear to ear by the time we left the office :)
Movement: Nothing yet!
Food cravings: Dairy. As in lots of COLD milk, ice cream, and even cheese (pre-pregancy, I wasn’t a huge fan of cheese).
Gender: No clue…yet! Our midwife said we can make an ultrasound appointment for the week after Labor Day.
Belly Button in or out? Definitely in. Hopefully it stays that way. Outies are kinda freaky.
What I miss: Not gonna lie, I’m going to miss enjoying a big cold beer at the Twins game we are going to on Monday.
What I am looking forward to: Feeling some movement!
Weekly Wisdom: Two things: 1) Although sports bras are very comfy, they make your boobs look awkward under normal clothes (see the above pic). 2) Sit down once in awhile when you are pregnant! Even if you don’t think you need a break, your body will scream at you later in the day. I learned that lesson the hard way on Tuesday night at our annual Night to Unite celebration at work. I stood the whole time. I felt perfectly fine until about the last half hour… and the rest of the night.
Milestones: Is that a bump I’m seeing?!

Love Like Crazy: Time to Practice!
Friday afternoon was when the majority of our guests started arriving at Horseshoe Bay Lodge. It was great to see everyone socializing in the courtyard, especially those that have never met and those who haven’t seen each other in years. That may have been one of my favorite aspects of a semi-destination wedding: it’s kinda like a mini-family-reunion-vacation!
Jim and Ann (Tony’s uncle and aunt) talking to Mom and Gerry in the background. Also pictured (from left to right) friend Tera, my aunt Paula, Tony’s dad Mark, friend Josh, and Mark’s wife Trish.
Ashley makes her appearance! And our cousin Mandy is there to greet her :)
More chatting between Mom, Gerry, Jim and Ann. Also pictured are their two boys Sam and Ryan.
Gerry stops to say hello to Jim (his dad) and wife Marge. Jim passed away suddenly while on vacation with Marge is Hawaii during the Tsunami evacuation back in March. We miss him like crazy and we feel so blessed to have had him at our wedding. Hopefully he is continuing to watch from heaven as our life unfolds. Jim and Marge were so in love, such a great example!
Katie, our flower girl, is Tony’s cousin. She made fast friends with my cousin Angie. They were pretty inseparable the whole weekend!
From left to right: Deb (stepmom), me, Ash, Dad, & Kel getting ready for the rehearsal. Look at everyone milling around in the background! So fun!
The bridal party lines up!
Chuck (Tony’s cousin and best man) and Ashley (my middle sister and maid of honor) practice their march. It was pretty windy on Friday, we were all really hoping the wind would die down a notch for Saturday’s outdoor ceremony and champagne toast pontoon ride.
Again with the wind! Bob (Tony’s friend and mentor from Erik’s Bike Shop) and Angie (my cousin) all smiles!
Dad was trying to match his step to mine. Little did he know that during the actual walk, I would be bawling my eyes out and you wouldn’t really be able to see my feet under my dress anyway! A for effort though Dad :)
This pic about sums up the practice run. Tony was stressed because right before we came out to practice, I had been upset about how I didn’t have time to get my hair done and it wasn’t fair because I was supposed to be the beautiful bride-to-be. I’m trying to be the good girl and listen closely to Pastor Mark’s instructions. Meanwhile, Bridesmaids Abby (my friend) and Angie (my cousin) are goofing off in the background. Let’s just say we were happy to head out for pizza and beer soon after this pic!

Congrats Girl!
A few weeks ago, we went out to Cheesecake Factory to celebrate Ashley's graduation from college! Not only did she finish in four years, she finished with a high GPA. Woohoo smarty pants!
I forgot I had my camera with until the very end of the night. As you might be able to tell from the pics, we were stuffed! But happy!!!

Just one of the many photos from Gerry and Mom's session to get just the right pic captured... we may have annoyed everyone else at Cheesecake Factory...
